PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

About Me

Chemical Process & Commissioning Engineer with 13+ years of experience in process engineering, commissioning, start-up, and plant operations within the petrochemical industry.

My experience bridges engineering design and real-world plant operation. Throughout my career, I have worked on process design review, engineering validation, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for petrochemical facilities, with particular experience in ABS and synthetic rubber production plants.
I combine hands-on operational experience with process simulation and engineering analysis to evaluate designs, identify inefficiencies, improve plant performance, and support the safe transition of industrial systems from engineering to operation.

PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

Over the past 13+ years, my career has evolved from hands-on commissioning and plant operations to leading process engineering and complex petrochemical projects. Working across ABS and synthetic rubber facilities has given me a practical understanding of how engineering decisions move from PFDs and P&IDs to real operating systems — where safety, reliability, efficiency, and technical judgment must work together.

My professional journey has taken me through process design review, simulation, HAZOP, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and operational leadership. Along the way, I have led engineering teams, validated designs with Aspen Plus and HTRI, applied OPERCOM methodology, coordinated multidisciplinary activities, and supported the transition of industrial systems from engineering concepts into safe, stable, and efficient plant operation.

ENGINEERING IN PRACTICE

I believe strong engineering is defined by what happens beyond the drawings. My work combines process design review, simulation, commissioning, start-up, and plant operations to turn engineering concepts into systems that are safe, reliable, and practical to operate. From validating PFDs and P&IDs to troubleshooting real plant performance, I approach every challenge with both an engineering mindset and operational perspective.

Companies & Projects

My professional journey has been shaped by extensive collaboration with petrochemical companies, engineering contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams across various stages of industrial plant development. Throughout my career, I have been involved in engineering design reviews, technical evaluations, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and operational activities. These experiences have provided valuable insight into the practical challenges of transforming engineering concepts into reliable, efficient, and fully operational industrial facilities.

Working alongside engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams has strengthened my ability to connect technical design requirements with real-world plant performance. My professional experience includes supporting process troubleshooting, operational readiness, system performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives, particularly within petrochemical and polymer production environments. Each project and professional collaboration has contributed to a broader engineering perspective, reinforcing my commitment to technical excellence, operational reliability, process safety, and the successful integration of engineering and plant operations.
