PROCESS ENGINEERING
Process Design Review & Validation
Turning engineering documentation into practical, reliable and operable process solutions through rigorous design review and validation.
Extensive experience reviewing and validating process designs developed by licensors, engineering consultants and EPC contractors. More than 800 engineering documents have been evaluated across petrochemical projects, including PFDs, P&IDs, Heat & Material Balances, process data sheets and Cause & Effect diagrams.
The focus extends beyond document checking to identifying design inconsistencies, validating engineering assumptions and ensuring that process designs can be translated effectively into safe and reliable plant operation.
COMMISSIONING & START-UP
From System Readiness to Safe Plant Start-Up
Leading structured pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities with a strong focus on system readiness, functional integrity and safe transition into operation.
Hands-on experience managing commissioning and start-up activities in line with TOTAL OPERCOM methodology, including procedure review, PSSR, system readiness verification, functional testing, system integration and operational testing.
Experience also includes contractor selection for commissioning scope, DCS logic validation, BMS software review, equipment preparation and development of commissioning and start-up procedures for complex industrial systems.
PLANT OPERATIONS
Process Optimization & Operational Performance
Improving plant performance through a combination of process engineering, production insight and hands-on operational experience.
Experience includes integrated management of production and operations, process optimization, technical services, maintenance coordination, HSE compliance and cost reduction initiatives.
This operational perspective is supported by practical process improvement work, including major process modifications, utility and energy efficiency initiatives, and performance improvement programs aimed at increasing plant throughput and operational efficiency.
ENGINEERING LEADERSHIP
Multidisciplinary Coordination & Project Execution
Leading engineering teams and coordinating multidisciplinary activities across process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and operational interfaces.
Experience includes managing process engineering teams, coordinating technical reviews with licensors, consultants and EPC contractors, and aligning engineering decisions with project and operational requirements.
Responsibilities have also included contractor coordination, tendering and contractor selection, technical claim resolution, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration throughout complex petrochemical projects.
